WFC is seeking energetic Site Assistants for its Before & After School Programs located at Nathan Hale, Casimir Pulaski, and Hanover elementary schools.
Responsibilities include engaging children in enrichment activities, providing homework assistance, distributing nutritional snacks, and ensuring children’s safety at all times.
Site Assistants should have some experience and a genuine passion for working with young children in grades K-5.
Position starts January 2025 and runs the school calendar year
Work schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 6:45am – 8:45am
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
- Thursday: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
Eligible for paid time off.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with school aged children.
- Positive outlook required.
- Bilingual is a plus.
