Site Assistants are needed to join our team for the 2025-2026 WFC Before & After School Programs located at Nathan Hale, Casimir Pulaski, and Hanover elementary schools.
Responsibilities include engaging children in enrichment activities, providing homework assistance, distributing nutritional snacks, and ensuring children’s safety at all times.
Site Assistants should have some experience and a genuine passion for working with young children in grades K-5.
Position starts August 2025 and runs the school calendar year
Work schedule: 25 hours per week
- Monday through Friday: 6:45am – 8:45am
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
- Thursday: 2:30pm – 6:00pm

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with elementary school aged children.
- Positive outlook required.
- Bilingual is a plus.
Rate of pay: $17.50 per hour
